Automatic Leak Tester for Oil Filled Heater Fins
Main Functions
The automatic leak tester for Oil filled heater is used for the next operation of Heater boss stitch welding(round spot welding), and the bulge test for our oil heater series by observing if there is any bubble out of the water surface, thereby determining if the oil heater under test has any oil leak.
The leak tester is mainly composed of the sink, the pneumatic lifting system, the air supply test system and the electrical control system.

1. Configuration:
1) Good airtightness, ensure the continuous measurement for products.
2) Equipped with the digital timer (with display of run time)
3) The electrical unit is equipped with the thermal relay, circuit breaker and other protection circuits, and main electrical components are supplied from OMRON, Mitsubishi or Schneider.
4) The wiring in the electrical box must comply with the applicable national standard.
