Main Functions
The multiple spot welding machine for Oil filled heater is a resistance welding equipment for the welding of Oil filled heater, featuring reliable, efficient and cost-effective welding. It adopts the microcomputer control, uses the silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) as the phase switch, uses the high-performance elements, which ensures a stable welding quality, and overheating, air pressure, water pressure, operating errors and faults and other protective and warning functions are needed.
The multiple spot welding machine for Oil filled heater is composed of the mechanical unit, the pneumatic unit, the water cooling unit and the electrical unit.
The mechanical unit is the main unit of the equipment, which comprises the mainframe, the upper and lower welding heads, drive members, workpiece alignment members, unloading rack, transformers and other components.
The pneumatic unit is the air supply system of equipment action, which comprises the pneumatic FRL, pressure regulator, pressure switch, solenoid valve, flow limit valve, muffler, actuating cylinder, gas tank and other components. It mainly completes the movement of each actuating cylinder in the drive apparatus.
The water cooling system is the cooling system for welding and operating process. It is responsible for the cooling of SCR, welding transformer and welding head. The water cooling system mainly comprises the water pressure switch, water pipes, water filter, water diverter, water flow display and other components.
The electrical unit is the electrical apparatus of the equipment. It comprises the control cabinet, electrical parts, welding transformer and other components. It mainly achieves the power supply, detection, control and welding for the apparatus. The control unit acts as the command center of the equipment, which comprises PLC, touch screen, servo drive, welding controller and other main components.
