This equipment is mainly composed of machine base, line bars blanking device, vertical bars drawing device, welding host, electrical control system, power distribution cabinet, cooling water system, gas source system, monitor&alarm system.
Machine base: Use superior H section steel to connect, ensuring the installation levelness of machines, thereby ensuring the machine precision and elegant appearance. Thick steel sheet, not easy to deformation
Line bars blanking device: Line bar blanking device is divided into storage sector and automatic feeding sector. The storage sector is used to store the line bar and ensure quick production of the mesh and make the line to feed stably. Automatic feeding sector used of a full automatic separation and feeding form to distribute quickly, orderly and evenly to the welding electrodes to achieve single drop accuracy, thus eliminate manual place wires requirement, and maximized saving the previous time of place wires to reduce the labor costs.

Welding host: The welding host uses special resistance transformers and special forced cylinders to ensure high-speed welding, welding pressure and joint strength requirements, the accuracy of the actuator. It has high environmental adaptability and reliability.
Electrical control system: Uses Siemens PLC programmable controlling, Other parts all is imported from Japan. Using a unique electrical operating system, with a failure alarm function, the touch screen display can intuitively see welding parameters, is easy and fast for operation. Thus reduce the requirements on the operator.
Cooling water system: Is divided into transformers cooling, up electrode cooling, lower electrode cooling and other copper block cooling. It come true the water distribution by flowmeter. Each flowmeter can be adjusted individually to make machine working normal, without damage.
Gas source system: Imported from SMC Japan, Equipment is installed air processor which is used for clean the compressed air, and with muffler to reduce the noise. Also it is with compressed air tank to stabilize the air pressure.
