Resistance welding refers to a method in which the resistance heat generated by the current passing through the weldment and the contact is used as the heat source to locally heat the weldment while pressing for welding. When welding, no filler metal is required, the productivity is high, the deformation of the weldment is small, and it is easy to realize automation.
The integrated suspension spot welding tongs adopts assembly process to connect the transformer and the tong arm together and fix it on the rotating disk. The inner ring and outer ring of the turntable adopt a steel ball structure, which is flexible in rotation and has no seizure. The welding tongs are rotated through The disc realizes 360° rotation, and the rotating disc is equipped with a locking mechanism that can be locked at any angle, which can effectively meet some specific welding postures. After the specific posture welding is completed, the lock can be rotated normally after the welding is completed.
1. High efficiency resistance welding machine.
2. Easy to install and simple to operate, saves energy.
3. Nimble and 360° rotational use. Stays at any angle any and position.
4. Small, light, high power output. Smallest welder in its power class.
5. Electrode and welding arm are all water cooled so that welding quality can be guaranteed.
6. Gun body is cast with special aluminum, light and ductile
7. The electrode arm is made of copper alloy with good flexional strength, high conductivity.
8. High production rate, sufficient supply of spare parts and components.
