The unique guide and positioning design of the vertical bar of this product played a guide and positioning role of the vertical bar and meet a variety size (space ≥ 50mm, 50 multiples) of mesh welding needs and use roller and servo motor as the power of the stepping to precisely control the mesh space.}} 

Composition

1, Machine base:
Use superior H section steel to connect.
2, Line bars blanking device:
Line bar blanking device is divided into storage sector and automatic feeding sector.
3, Vertical bars drawing device:
The unique guide and positioning design of the vertical bar drawing device of this product play a guide and positioning role of the vertical bar and meet a variety size (space ≥ 50mm, 50 multiples) of mesh welding needs and use roller and servo motor as the power of the stepping to precisely control the mesh space.
4, Welding host:
The welding host uses special resistance transformers and special forced cylinders.
5, Electrical control system:
Uses Siemens PLC programmable controlling, Other parts all is imported from Japan. 
6, Cooling water system:
Is divided into transformers cooling, up electrode cooling, lower electrode cooling and other copper block cooling. 
7, Gas source system:
Imported from SMC Japan, Equipment is installed air processor , with muffler and compressed air tank.</sup></sub>
